Digital Sailing

Acrylic/linen 40"x54" $400.00 sold Dr. Lynn Crawford

A combination of Russian Suprematist, Rodchinko, Tatlin and others from the early 1900's, and 1950's New York abstract expressionists influnces.

Being born next to a lake, when I had some time and money I took up sailing. Boat to small, need to think larger next time.

My Kansas City #2

Oil/board 24"x24" $150.00

Blues Cruise

Acylic/canvas 24"x24" $150.00

A combination of images from when I managed a "Utrecht" art supply store in KC to drumming on the old Rogers set that I wish I still had and Lil' Jakes BBQ. I is the Saturday dillema, to mow the 2 acres with my red Great Lakes push mower, go jam with a group or lie in the hammock. It usually was a mix of all.

A series using geometrically designs built around images from being with a traveling blues band in the mid-1970's. Part of being a drummer is to hold the center, keep the balance.

4 Thoughts on 3 mowers

Acrylic/mixed media on canvas 27.5"x22.5" $125.00

"Dancing Images"

Acrylic/mixed media on Canvas 18"x24" 2001 $100.00

My red great lakes push mower. Non-polluting. Good aerobic excercise. The neighborhood kids found out what it was like to mow the yard in the 50's.

While working at Coldsnows art supply's, KC, I began experimenting with various media. We didn't have this stuff when I started doing this. It's a lot more fun now.
